Pearl Afric Tours & Travel is a seasoned indigenous tour company & DMC taking you on authentic & unforgettable safaris in East Africa because ‘to travel is to live’. We are based in Uganda – The Pearl of Africa and possess more than 18 years of experience in East Africa’s tourism industry.
We are 100% locally owned and managed team of travelled experts and global citizens from East Africa that is keen to bring Uganda & East Africa closer to you, answer all questions you may have and recommend highlights of well-traveled as well as off-the-beaten-track routes. Our tour consultants and safari guides will make each experience unique, sharing their culture, their favorite local restaurants and are able to customize each tour along the way according to a traveler’s interests.
We curated a wide variety of safaris and itineraries ranging from gorilla & chimpanzee trekking, to game drives in diverse national parks, to active travels (including walking safaris, cycling, rafting and mountaineering), to culture & community tours, and wellness & relaxation at the most exclusive lodges. All our safari suggestions are customizable and we are happy to design completely new itineraries to create the African adventure of your dreams.
Our Story
More than 18 years ago, we began our journey with a dream to run a good tour and travel company that understands not only the clients’ needs but also provides all the necessary support and welfare to its safari guides and staff. We believe that only a happy, steady and well-equipped team is able to go the extra mile to create memorable experiences for and with our clients.

Our Vehicles
Pearl Afric Tours and Travel owns a diverse fleet of vehicles to ensure the right comfort and experience for every tailor-made safari. We are proud to mention that all our vehicles are being fully-serviced before and after each safari to ensure a safe, reliable and enjoyable drive at all times. All our vehicles are 4×4 (four-wheel drive/ 4WD), air-conditioning (on request) and pop-up roofs for a fantastic view during game drives.
Besides our own vehicles, we also enjoy close relationships with trusted car rental companies for self-drive safaris or special vehicle characteristics.
